We recently wrote about Pharrell's listing on Mulholland Drive; the glass palace he bought from Tyler Perry. Well, like John Legend and Chrissy Teigan, he continues to make real estate power moves.
The multi-hyphenate is now purchasing this vast home in Coral Cables, which looks like it's straight out of the Caribbean. After a year and a half on the market Pharrell finally made an offer of $30M on the originally $45M plantation-style home.
All 17,000 square feet are wrapped up with a deck that goes around the whole property; a house with nine bedrooms and twelve baths-- one of which has one of the coolest tubs we've ever seen.
The interiors are designed island style-- plank hardwood floors, supports, trim, and carved accents. The French doors littering the place are a welcome addition that give the classic estate that Turks and Caicos, open villa feel.
The landscape is equally incredible. There's a boathouse with over 300ft of water frontage, and artfully executed vegetation. The landscape is kept in a state of paradise-- between "heaven and hell," on the edge of a mess and well kept.
With the devil on his left, and an angel on his right, both saying "do it", the artist placed his offer on this home for $15M less than asking, but who is going to say no to Pharrell Williams?
