Home in Sherman Oaks, CA

Actor, entertainer, and filmmaker, Shia LaBeouf, is ready to let go of his longtime Sherman Oaks home. The star has listed this property for $2.25M.

The luxurious three-bed, three-bath property has a large master suite with a private fireplace, a walk-in closet, a spa, and a steam shower. Also, an office and library with custom bookshelves and desks.

The border of this half-acre lot encircles the home and it's outdoor amenities which include an in-ground pool, a spa, a sauna, and vantage points for breathtaking city and mountain views.

In addition, the gated property opens to a two-car garage space, the home is very private and offers owners great views, as well as peaceful, spacious rooms.

LeBeouf acquired the place back in 2009 for $1.825M. It is currently on the market again for $2.25M.

Shia LaBeouf's movie 'The Tax Collector' criticized for stereotyping

LaBoeuf upgraded to a place in Pasadena this March. The property has a Mediterranean style and includes elegant, modern amenities, like an elevator to the private balcony that overlooks the sprawling yard. Shia's new home is worth $5.475M.

The "Honey Boy" star received great reviews in 2019 for his work playing a version of his own father, who was his abusive guardian for over a decade. Currently, his upcoming movies include "The Tax Collector,” “Pieces of a Woman” and Olivia Wilde's new project “Don’t Worry, Darling”.

It's a good thing he found that treasure in "Holes," so he could afford the lavish lifestyle he leads. If you'd like a better picture of that wealth, check out the photos below.
