Robin Williams' Last Home Relisted With a Price Cut of $1.25M

The waterfront home where Robin Williams lived before his death in 2014 is back on the market. With a price reduction of $1.255M. The luxurious property in Tiburon, CA, is for sale at $5,995,000.

Robin's wife, Susan Schneider Williams, inherited the single-family home after his passing. By late November of 2019, Susan listed the property with an asking price of $7,250,000 and lowered the price twice in 2020 before reaching this new price.

This residence is unique. It's set on a two-lot parcel of land; an over 6,500 square foot single-story open layout comprised of six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with amazing views of the San Francisco Bay. The master suite includes a luxurious master bathroom with black tiles, personally selected by Mrs. Doubtfire.

The property has a formal living room, a formal dining room, and a kitchen with an eating area, a large center island, and stone countertops. In addition, the home features a custom media room, a studio, a bonus area for an office or "zoom room," a laundry room, a three-car garage, and several terraces and decks to enjoy that west coast weather.

The outside area features a pool that was upgraded by the late actor so he could swim comfortably. It also includes many seating areas and a dining area with direct access to the bay.

The location is perfect: Only 20 minutes over the Golden Gate Bridge to San Francisco's tech sector.
