A few weeks ago we wrote a blog about Legend & Teigan's most recent purchase of another penthouse in NYC. Well, they've gone and done it again.
The couple just picked up a new property in West Hollywood, but not for themselves this time. Their most recent purchase is a green new construction, and they're renting it out.
The rental price? We'll get to that. The asking price? $5.2M, but the couple managed to purchase it for about $100,000 less, probably with an autograph or photo op with the seller's kids-- or the investor. The couple really does offer something for everyone, and they have careers to show for it. You know this already, that's why you're here.
Their pockets might even reflect the success of their careers, but it's hard to tell. What's easy to see is they are coming up fast. We like to call that the compound effect.
We're excited to see where they take things. We might even see another billionaire couple soon enough.
We'd tell you more about the property, but we guess whoever has it listed likes to pretend like they're Mr/Mrs Secret Agent. What we can tell you is that the couple is asking for $26,000/m for rent.
