John Legend and Chrissy Teigen's went all out with spring cleaning this year. Instead of cleaning, they left their old home and took up shop in the West Village. $7.7 million later, they have a penthouse at the edge of Nolita.

This is nothing new to the couple, who actually still own another unit in the building from years past. That one plus this new one add up to a stunning 6k square feet of interior space, and that's not to mention the roof deck. In New York, too!

The building is a historic landmark which turned to condos in 2010. The original materials still remain, after all this time. The building's unit prices have lowered over the last couple of years, but Jay-Z once said "I could've bought a place in Dumbo, before it was Dumbo, for like, $2 million. That same building today is worth $25 million. Guess how I'm feeling? Dumbo."

Teigan and Legend are a power couple who have built quite the empire for themselves, though they aren't yet on the level of The Carters, they are well on their way. Beyond that, they're become The Legends, with pockets, portfolios, and creative catalogues that live up to the name.
