Michael B. Jordan Asking $13M for Recent Build in L.A.

Actor Michael B. Jordan recently listed his 12,300 sq. ft. Modern Farmhouse property in Los Angeles for sale. The Creed lead is asking $12.998 million for the 2021-built compound, which sits on a .51-acre lot in the Royal Estates community of Encino.

The property begins with a set of gate pilasters painted storm gray. The structures — there are four on the estate — are dressed in the same formal garb; the main house sports a recessed entry presided over by a towering gabled extension and the atmospherics of both lantern sconces and a host of mini-spotlights. A two-level guest house, cabana, and massage room round out the estate’s basics. All told, there are eight bedrooms and twelve baths on this property.

Interiors focus on the expected: spatial and material dazzle, with a generous helping of competing textures and patterns for visual engagement. Highlights of the main home include a fireplace accent wall finished with hardwood slats — presently interior high fashion — a wholesome dual-island kitchen with counter-to-ceiling cabinetry and a mix of natural-toned hardwood and figured stone, and a rather artistic staircase.

Amenities across the property are plenty: a soundproofed theater, a gym and salon, an office, and elevator, a pool, and six en-suite bedrooms including a master retreat with boutique closets and double bath layout.
