Marcus Lemonis' Custom-built Home is for Sale!

Television star Marcus Lemonis listed his contemporary mansion in Montecito recently. The estate, originally built in 1989, was designed by Warner & Gray (now Warner Group Architects) and completed a renovation by Becker Studios after 2017. Lemonis, CEO of Camping World, listed the house for sale with an asking price of $22.75 million. Lemonis renovated the property to the foundation, and had it custom-built for him. The result is a single-level 8,100 sq. ft. farmhouse; it contains five bedrooms and eight baths. The property features a U-shape design around a semi-courtyard with a lavish pool and connected spa, which nearly encloses the courtyard patio.  A pavilion tennis court, produce garden, olive trees, and three-car garage complete the scene in this beautiful house in the Ennisbrook Community.

The house’s living style really hits its stride in the combination dual-island kitchen, day room, and family room, along with the master bedroom, where multiple glass doors open the space double-height ceiling, which encompasses two bathrooms and two closets for his and her own space. A formal living room with a loft office, open concept kitchen with modern appliances, a gallery hallway, state-of-the-art gym, and multiple casual living areas complete the architectural masterpiece. The interior of this house beautifully represents an example of rustic-tinged modernity.
