Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's Miami Home to Hits the Market for $17M

The Miami waterfront retreat purchased in September of last year by Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas has surfaced on the open market once again. The musician and actress put the property up for sale this month, and tagged it at $16.995 million.

The house dates to 1980, and slots firmly as a contemporary villa, with over 10,000 sq. ft. of living area, and modern and Pacific or Balinese inspiration defining the glassy, looming, rustic exterior and the warm, open interior living style. It contains six bedrooms and nine baths.

The shared living spaces culminate in a massive great room, a soaring space with a 30-foot ceiling, a mezzanine overlook, fireplace accent wall and interior landscaping that brings an Edenic charm to the lifestyle. Materials include exotic trim and hardwood floors, stone accents, and glass — oversized panes make the most of the fair weather Floridian experience.

The property’s amenities accumulate into a blinding series, with a spa, billiards room with coffered ceiling, full size indoor/outdoor wet bar, outdoor kitchen, and a pool complex with a separate installation for kids to splash around in and a spa. The 94-foot private dock appears to be capable of handling larger watercraft.

Properties currently or previously owned by the Turner/Jonas collective include the newer Encino estate they purchased in 2019 and put up for sale two years later, and a Manhattan condo they shucked in 2020.

Jonas stars in Korean War film Devotion, which opens today.
