After 33 years of living on the south shore of MA, Joe Perry, Aerosmith's lead guitarist, has decided to put on the market his 7.14-acre mansion for $4.5M. The rock star's estate offers 5-bedrooms and eight bathrooms, totaling 14-rooms within the main house.
The 7,181 sqft main house has a large kitchen with hardwood floors, quartz counters, white cabinets, and a spacious island that allows bar seating. In addition, the luxurious compound offers a primary suite on the first floor that includes a walk-in closet, dressing room, and a private bathroom with dual vanities and a comfortable jetted tub.
The home also has a room in the basement that used to be the recording studio, Aerosmith recorded in there a couple of their most memorable albums "Just a Push Play" and "Honkin' on Bobo". Now, you would only appreciate an intricate tiling that leads into "The Boneyard" which is the former location of the studio. According to the listing agent, it has been removed because it was a personal space for Perry and the band, however, the buyer could use the spare room as a music room, in case interested in arts.
The property, known as Brook Heaven Farm, features three fireplaces, a roof-top garden, a heated pool in a guitar shape, a three-stall barn, a media room, a billiards room, and a gym, among others.
Additionally, the property includes a 1,290 sqft detached stone carriage house, that encompasses three rooms and one bathroom. The home offers views of marsh and pond.
