The interiors of the building were designed by Daniel Romualdez to feel contemporary and natural, and he made each room praiseworthy— including the library.
The purchase in 2017 meant their investment in the building was worth about $50M. The remaining condo they own will remain theirs as a pied-a-terre, while you might purchase their crown jewel unit for $30M.
