Paul Pierce Selling $11M Mediterranean Villa in Calabasas

Paul Pierce is selling his Mediterranean in Calabasas for $11M. The expat Celtic turned ESPN analyst bought the 16,000 square-foot estate in 2009, three years after it was built.

We find eight beds and the baths numbering in the double digits. The entrance has an accentuated arch, inviting you through the wrought iron double doors.

The stone tile floors beyond the foyer team up with the stone fireplace to give the room a distinctly royal feel. We mention it because the whole home is packed with potential.

We just hope the new owner knows how to choose paints because Pierce’s eye was designed for something else. With A dark color scheme to match the dark wood and wrought iron throughout would make it a diamond in the closer-to-smooth-than-rough.

The amenities in this home accumulate into a comprehensive list: a movie theater, bowling alley, gym and expansive master suite are the standouts. Outside, a dining area, basketball court, and fire pit lounge help fill out the .81-acre lot.

The movie theatre seats a solid amount of people considering how many you’d actually invite over during a pandemic, and the bowling alley is a perfect addition to ensure guests have that additional layer of things to do while hanging out.

While there are other amenities like the gym, al-fresco dining area, and fire pit lounge, the star of the show is clearly the Celtic’s themed court in the backyard.
