Sam Worthington, "Avatar star" listed his Hollywood property earlier this year with a price tag of $9.5M. The home is was relisted in October with a slight price increase of $0.25M, and went back to the original listing price by mid-November.
The luxurious private property is located minutes away from the Sunset Strip and offers five-bedrooms, a three-car garage, and street parking space. The home was built in 2015, and features a grand foyer in the entrance, elevated ceilings, hardwood floors through, an elegant staircase, and chandeliers.
The main floor consists of spacious living areas such as: a formal living room with a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with marble quartz counters, and a formal dining area.
