Hedge fund manager/ex-Barney’s New York chairman, Richard Perry, is selling his penthouse in Sutton Place for $45M.
The Manhattan unit sits atop a pre-war co-op with 45 units spaced across 14 stories. It was by the hand of architect Rosario Candela that the limestone building found most of it's units with fireplaces, and libraries.
