The Manhattan unit sits atop a pre-war co-op with 45 units spaced across 14 stories. It was by the hand of architect Rosario Candela that the limestone building found most of it's units with fireplaces, and libraries.

The crown jewel? The artist behind the Popeye sculpture at Encore, Jeff Koons, installed a massive "emerald" on the private terrace.
