Singer/songwriter Marc Anthony listed his Coral Gables, FL mansion for $27,000,000. The Grammy-winning artist bought the house two years ago for $19,000,000, so he stands to make an $8M profit.
The exclusive estate is located in Islands of Cocoplum, and was previously owned by Hilda Maria Bacardi, the Bacardi heiress. She built the property, Villa Costanera, for eight years and listed it initially for $27,260,000 in 2016. Eventually, she sold the property to Marc after a couple of price cuts.
The entrance includes a circular motor park and large patios. The interiors, designed by Rafael Portoundo, feature large arched windows and doorways, and coffered ceilings. The 17,000 sq ft of living space home includes 12 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and two powder rooms, set on a 1.3-acre lot, which includes 480 ft of water frontage with a dock.
The interior layout includes a living room, a formal dining room, a large eat-in kitchen with two islands and a pantry, plus a family room, and a luxurious master suite with a sitting area and two baths.
For amenities, the home offers a commercial elevator, a wine cellar, an exercise room, and staff quarters.
The outdoor has several gardens, terraces, a kitchen area, a heated pool, and a spa, and ocean access.
Marc is an eight-time, cumulative (US and Latin) Grammy winner. He released his latest album, "Opus," last year.
