Gene Simmons, Kiss's frontman, has listed his Beverly Hills home which he owned for over 30 years. The $22M listening is set on a 2-acre property in the "Tennis court row" of Benedict Canyon.
The 16,000 sq ft mansion encompasses a formal living room with a fireplace, double-height windows, and a mezzanine. Besides, a formal dining area with French doors and a chandelier, a kitchen with two islands, a family room with coffered ceilings.
Amenities include a pool, a water slide, parking for 35 cars, and a professional tennis court.
The property was renovated in 2000 by Simmons and his wife, they updated and added more value to the European-style estate.
The Simmons' purchased the property back in 1986 for $1.3M. The couple lived there with there two children for decades. However, the now-empty nesters are moving to Washington state, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The home was also featured in the musician's reality TV show "Gene Simmons Family Jewels" on A&E from 2006 to 2012.
Kiss, the rock band Simmons co-founded in the early 1970s, has become one of the best of all times, having 75 million records sold.
