Matthew Perry, from that obscure sitcom "Friends," listed his sprawling penthouse in downtown L.A for $35M last summer. However, the actor re-listed the residence a few days ago on July 8th with an $8M price cut, bringing the condo's price down to $27M.
He acquired the 10,000 square foot unit in 2017 for $20M, $7M less than the asking price.
