Saudi's Prince Turki bin Nasser is asking $40M for a compound in Beverly Park, or, slightly over $1M per bathroom.
The five-acre spread spans two parcels in the gated Los Angeles neighborhood, complete with two mansions totaling 43,000 square feet. There are 22 bedrooms and 39 bathrooms between them.
Prince Nasser's compound is the largest of the four Beverly Park properties publicly owned by members of the Saudi royal family. The compound was in the royal family since the mid-90s, and both homes were built in 1995.
The two buildings emulate Mediterranean style. The main house spans 26,000 square feet with the master suite alone clocking in at 4,000. The backyard has an infinity pool and accompanying patio, and, nearby, the 14,000 square feet guest house overshadows the 3,000-square-foot staff building.
