MLB pitcher David Price, has just listed his Newton, MA mansion for $6.5M, and it's already pending. The location and price are both perfect at only 10 miles from Fenway, and a 20 minute drive to Downtown Boston.
The 12,000 sq. ft., seven-bed home pulls you in from the jump. A grand entrance framing French doors opens up to a large foyer with dramatic double stairs. It has high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the house, a spacious living room with an elegant fireplace, and a unique library that doubles well as an office. What a background for all these zoom calls.
On the second floor, the home features a master suite. It includes a spa, his & her walk-in closets, and a private bathroom with dual sinks. The home also offers spacious guest rooms, with private bathrooms.
The nearly 2-acre home has several amenities worth noting. The home theater and game room are perfect for entertaining. The gym and backyard space are fit for an athlete, and the patios make them great entertaining options. There's an entertainment feature that tops all of these though; the wine cellar. As long as it's stocked, that is.
Price already owns a list of real estate in the U.S.. His portfolio includes a $4M home in Nashville, a mansion in Naples, and an Arizona property he bought this year. We can only hope for his sake that that it rivals the state's Aman resort.
After entering the league in 2008 with the Tampa Bay Rays, he went on to help secure the dub for the Red Sox's at the 2018 World Series. Then in February, like a country girl with big dreams, he ran away to L.A.
Thanks for leaving us the house, Price. It's beautiful. Check it out below.
