Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are Listing Their Beverly Hills Mansion for $14M

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are letting go of their Beverly Hills Mansion for an asking price of nearly $14M. The Hollywood power couple acquired the property back in 2014 for over $10M, making this closing a potentially sweet deal.

The 7,351 sq. ft., northeast-inspired property consists of five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms on over half an acre of land. The interior of the house showcases elegant finishes and high-level appliances while staying cozy enough to feel like home. The living space offers custom millwork, plank oak floors, marble fireplaces, french doors, and exquisite tiling.

The residence offers a formal dining room and living room, as well as a private office, a wet bar, and a large kitchen with modern and luxurious appliances, on the first floor. The master suite includes a seating area by the window that overlooks the outdoors, a private bathroom with a tub, and dual walk-in closets.

In addition, the 1999 construction covered everything to optimize the property not only for living but entertaining. It includes a gym, a wine cellar, a sauna, a pool, a guest room, lovely patios, and gardens.

Kutcher and Kunis called this place home for six years, and they're finally willing to pass the torch for a mere $13,995,000.
