Sylvester Stallone Lists his Property in La Quinta for $3.35M

Sylvester Stallone recently listed his getaway home in California for a short $3.35M. Stallone's villa can knock out a buyer with incomparable style and attention to detail, making this one-of-a-kind mansion a potential buyer's dream come true. Its also delivering quite the punch to the actor's banking account, however, since he purchased the residence back in 2010 for $4.5M, which mean's he's losing $1.15M.

The over 4,885 sq ft of living space encases four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, plus, a great room, lovely patios, a wine room, a pool and spa, a built-in fire pit, and several terraces to enjoy the delightful views.

At the entrance, guests are greeted by the wooden double doors that open to a foyer with vaulted ceilings. This leads to the formal living room, which is both spacious and elegant, featuring a stone fireplace and double-height ceilings. The home also features a large kitchen with a wood-and-stone island and several dining areas. Upstairs has a suite with a hidden flat-screen TV at the foot of the bed, and the room also offers a private terrace and a cozy yet stylish fireplace. The luxurious master bathroom includes a two-sink vanity and a modern tub. Downstairs, we find a dining room that leads right out to the back terrace. Rambo's home has interior details that were designed for admiration, such as the arched entryways, exposed beam ceilings, and imported tile.

The residence was emptied for showing purposes, however, you'll still find a collectible poster of the actor from "Rambo", and an interesting painting with it's own story to tell.
