The Beckham's New Penthouse Came Back From the Future

David and Victoria Beckham just acquired a new lair in one of Miami’s most exclusive condominiums. One Thousand Museum's futuristic design comes from the late Pritzker Architecture Prize-winning architect, Zaha Hadid.

The soccer legend and fashion titan's had the foresight to pick up the place thru Beckham Brand Limited, a company owned by David Beckham. At an asking price of $20 million, you can bet some accountant advised this wise move. Towards the top of the monolith, their new condo has five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and it's clocks out at almost 10,500 square feet! The tower itself offers a range of amenities as well, like a sky lounge, fitness center, swimming pool, and spa.

Oh, and a private helipad, of course. Considering the outside of the building is coated in a special concrete shipped from Dubai at $70/sqft, it's pretty clear that no expense was spared.
