Former AOL CEO Tim Armstrong is Listing CT Mansion for $26.75M

Tim Armstrong, former CEO of AOL, has recently listed his waterfront mansion in Connecticut. The astonishing estate as an asking price of $26.75 million.

The 2.2-acre lot offers incredible lakeside views, and the lake itself opens up to the highly-accessible Long Island Sound.

A single-family home clocking in at 11,365 sqft, this estate includes six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms.

The shingle and stone construction was built in 2009 designed by a prestigious architect firm Shope Reno, and the interiors were design by Victoria Hagan.

The estate includes a formal dining room, living room, an open kitchen with a bar, an office with a fireplace, a lounge, a bar, a wine wall, a game room, a terrace, lawns, gardens, and an infinity pool that is overlooking the lake. To be fair, most rooms here share that spectacular view.

Armstrong bought the property back in 2008 for $10.4 million and built a custom estate. The home’s exterior was since featured on a TV show called “Billions.”
