Bathed in light, this contemporary estate boasts sophisticated entertaining spaces while seamlessly flowing throughout.
RADCLIFF HILL excels in every category. Within this estate, you'll discover:

11,075 Sq. Ft.
Heated Three-Car Garage
Elevator to all Four Levels
Wired for Smart Home
We're granted access to this estate via the granite PROMENADE complimenting the facade. The custom Canadian mahogany doors have immense visual gravity, and it's only after we peel our eyes away that we notice the matching granite capped fountain. At night, the built-in lighting accentuates the customizable centerpiece.
The driveway's turn-around alcove leads right up to the fountain, but the driveway demands its own attention. The drive is heated by a radiant snow melt system activated via the National Weather Service pre-snowfall, or by internal sensors below 36 degrees Fahrenheit. The mahogany garage doors conceal a heated garage with pearl-white epoxy floors. The front mahogany door conceals an entrance that even Holden Caulfield would call "grand."
The two-story GRAND FOYER introduces us to the interior. Initial awe is apt to turn into whiplash as our eyes soar upward from custom herringbone hardwood floors to the skylights and custom arched windows of the upper level.
Each window is a custom ARCHITECTURAL SERIES ANDERSEN with True Divided Lights. The soft glow of these subtle light fixtures rips wanderers back into the present moment, hyperaware of time and space.
Allowing our eyes to carry us to the UPPER LEVEL, we find three en-suite bedrooms including a junior suite w/ private balcony. As we journey through the GRAND SUITE, we find:
Spa-like Bath w/ Heated Floor
Large Steam Shower
Back downstairs, the MAIN LEVEL consists of:
Large Living Room Areas w/ Fireplaces
The expansive LOWER LEVEL offers:
Recreation Area w/ Wet Bar
We take the elevator back upstairs to the main level, and our posture naturally opens in response to the open floor plan. The highly-customizable plan offers the possibility of creating intimate and inviting spaces intertwined with large, spacious areas.
The FAMILY AND MUSIC ROOMS flow into each other, creating vast open space with potential to fit any family's needs. The alcove is perfect for a piano, video games, or reading in the natural light while the Charles River rolls by past the manicured lawn, beyond meticulously selected trees. Despite the sprawl, the pull of the fireplace is inescapable, creating a cozy area amidst despite the abundant space.
The BREAKFAST AND KITCHEN AREAS:
We enter the kitchen and find, once again, our chins tilting upward. This time, toward the 10-14 foot vaulted ceilings featuring numerous skylights. Again, large arched windows and stunning hardwood floors inspire not only calm and awe, but a sense of continuity which is notoriously elusive when designers and artists are unleashed on such expansive spaces.
Always the hub of a home, the centrally located kitchen provides easy access to living rooms, dining room, back patio, outdoor kitchen, both upper and lower levels, and the butler's pantry. The island seats 3-4 comfortably, and was designed with the foresight to include easy-to-access electrical outlets.
Natural light floods in from all directions, making it easy to overlook how much light comes through the French doors inviting us outside to the marble patio. It's here we find the outdoor kitchen, the area designated for the optional 20x40 custom in-ground pool, and specially designed land & hardscapes.
The backyard has limitless potential. The granite patio designed for al fresco lounging offers a view as well, which is evident after glancing across the grounds. Everything on this modern manor is carefully curated, including everything between the house and the North Gate.
Granite terraces with custom patterns, over 22 varieties of vegetation, and 235 new trees in addition to the existing, mature trees leave nature loves to rejoice in the park-like setting.
A 20-40 ft. custom shaped, in-ground pool is an optional addition, with the pool and hot tub sitting adjacent to the outdoor kitchen. A walkway will lead from the pool to the lower level playroom-- a highly customizable space.
