The Tribeca penthouse owned by six-time Formula One World Champion, Lewis Hamilton, was listed last February for $57M and now is being relisted with a down cut price of $52M.

The property is not Hamilton's permanent residence, which is a plus since the new owner will enjoy a practically "new" condo.

The residence is more than 8,900 sqft of interior space and 3,426 sqft of a private outdoor rooftop that includes a pool, and outdoor kitchen, allowing lovely views of the city and the Hudson River.

The luxurious condo has five-bedrooms, a master suite with a fireplace, a separate dressing room, an open dining room, a library/den, a formal living room, and a chef's kitchen. As a bonus, the three-story residence has a private elevator that opens on each floor.

The Tribeca building built back in 1,882 by architect Charles Haight, encompasses 53 condos, and includes members such as Justin Timberlake and wife, Jessica Biel, and Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

In addition, residents can enjoy several amenities, including 24-hour door attendants/concierge, a spa fitness center, a pool, and a children's playroom.
