Actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are selling their gorgeous L.A mansion for $28,650,000. The couple is still waiting for trial regarding the college admission scandal.
This single-family home next to the Bel-Air Country Club Golf Course has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
According to the spouses, the sale is not related to the scandal. The claim is that the couple is passionate about architecture, and wants to experience other residences.
The interiors are astonishing. The Spanish-style home is spacious, well decorated, and has high-quality finishes.
The mansion is 4,500 square feet set on over an acre of land, featuring a gym, library, private sauna, his and hers bathrooms and closets, a spacious master suite, a swimming pool, green lawns, patios, and decks. Plus, the property is located in a privileged site overlooking the Los Angeles Skyline.
The actress and her husband purchased the property back in 2015 for $13.9M, and two years later listed the home for 2.5 times more than what they bought it for. In 2018 the couple pulled the listing off the market, until now.
