“Breaking Bad” Superstar Aaron Paul Asking $2.2M for His L.A. House

With “El Camino” just debuted on Netflix, the “Breaking Bad” superstar Aaron Paul has listed his Hollywood Hill single-family home for $2,198,000. Paul purchased the home in 2012 for $1,399,000. It was reported that Brad Pitt once owned this home in the early 1990s. 

Built in 1931, this Spanish-style home offers a lush urban sanctuary with far-reaching views that span to L.A. cityscape. From the street, you will see a protected entryway, paned windows, a prominent picture window, and stucco exteriors. The front staircases and the attached garage with a tiled roof present a classic L.A. home during rustic period.
