Simon Fuller, creator of the "Idol" Franchise, is seeking a buyer for his Bel Air villa with an asking price of $32.5 million. Fuller and his wife purchased the property for $24 million back in 2014 . The couple listed the estate in October 2018 for $37.5 million. They relisted it again in January with a reduction in price, and now for a price of $32.5 million.
As one enters the estate, they're greeted by gated entrance and cobblestone drive that leads to the two-story villa. The overall feel of the villa is contemporary, with dark narrow plank and pale grey setting up a dramatically curved floating staircase.
On each floor, a circular reading room or creative work space can be found. Each space contains a window and fire place.
The 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms are decorated by panoramic wall covering and the kitchen follows a Escheresque, gray scale tile flooring. The salon containing a wet bar, marble floors, and lavish master suite will ensure the resident is living a comfortable life.
