Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen Are Selling Their Massachusetts Home at $33.9M After Price Cut

The New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bündchen, a Brazilian supermodel, are now asking $33.9 million for their Chestnut Hill property in Massachusetts, which is $5.6 Million less than what they originally listed two months ago at $39.5 million.  This is no doubt a piece of good news for Brady’s superfans who are willing to score a piece of Patriots-related property.

Situated adjacent to the ninth hole of the Chestnut Hill Country Club, this custom-built-5-bedroom house owns expensive views of plush landscaping and offers lots of privacy and serenity.  Plus, this house is just a short drive away from the city of Boston, Fenway Park, and Harvard University.

What makes this property special is that the famous L.A.-area architect-Richard Landry designed this house. Known for creating grandiose and pastiche-driven styles of houses, Landry built Brady and Bündchen’s house with a spectacularly deluxe interior flow.  A closer look into the interior design of the house - There is a classic entry foyer that leads to a stunning dining room, living room, home office, eat-in and chef’s kitchen, and a family room all with generous fenestration.

The kitchens and living rooms also include the wooden ceiling beams, which are combined with furniture that have soft colors and copper hardware, giving off a rustic and cozy feel.

Outside, the mansion features a sprawling green lawn, a stoned carport and a circular driveway that holds up to 20 cars, a pool, a patio, an organic garden, and much more.  Besides, there is an additional 2,400-square-foot barn-inspired guest house, which includes a yoga studio, full bath, sleeping loft, and walls that open up for natural air circulation, providing a Zen-like experience.
