May 2015 Local Market Update - Brookline, MA

Between May 2014 and May 2015 for Brookline, MA, the number of sales closed on single-family homes decreased by 17.6%, while the average sales price increased by 26.8%. The number of days of the houses on the market decreased by 27.9% and new listings in Brookline increased by 23.3%.

As for condominium properties in the area, the sales increased by 15.9%, and the average sales price increased by 6.5%. The number of days on the market for condos in Brookline decreased by 0.9% and the number of new listings increased by 12.9%.
