This week in 1998, James Lowenstern was featured in an article titled "New Construction still sought, but Inventory in the Area is Scarce--and Expensive" that appreared in The Tab. The article discusses that because new construction was so scarce but in such high demand, Castles Unlimited President James Lowenstern started a construction company called Newton Development, LLC.
