Comparing the months of January 2014 and January 2015, the number of closed sales of single-family homes in Westwood, MA has decreased by 36.4%, and the averages sales price of these homes has decreased by 15.7%. But, the amount of times spent on the market has decreased by 35.5%, and the number of new listings in the area as decreased by 35.7%. Condominium sales in the area have had no action in either months.
