Comparing the months of January 2014 and January 2015 in Weston, MA, the number of closed sales of single-family homes increased by 42.9% and the average sales price increased minimally, by 4.5%. The number of days on the market decreased by 2.4%, and the number of new listings in the area decreased by 47.6%. Condominiums in Weston had no change in number of closed sales between the two months. The average sales price, though, increased by 190.1%. The number of days on the market for condos in Weston increased by 155.3%, and the number of new listings in the area decreased by 100%.
