The number of days homes in Wellesley have stayed on the market increased by 71.8% and the number of new listings in the area decreased by 25%. The number of closed sales of condominiums in Wellesley has increased by 100% while the average sales price decreased by 28.1%. These condos stayed on the market longer than last year, with an increase of 134.4%. The number of new listings decreased by 100%.. As for change in average sales price from the past years, Wellesley has not followed trends of all MLS. This can be seen in the graphs below.
