Local Market Update for Walpole, MA


Between January 2014 and January 2015 for Walpole, MA, the number of sales closed on single-family homes decreased by 33.3%, while the average sales price increased by 22.5% in the area. The number of days of the houses on the market increased by 22% and new listings in Walpole decreased by 27.8%. As for condominium properties in the area, the sales increased by 133.3% and the average sales price decreased by 42.8%. The number of days on the market for condos in Walpole increased by 8.2% and the number of new listings decreased by 36.4%.

As you can see in the graphs above, the change in average sales price in Walpole compared to all MLS has been about the same, with a few deviations in 2012 and 2014.
