Between January 2014 and January 2015, the city of Newton has seen an increase of 8.1% in the closings of single-family homes. Prices of single-family homes in Newton have also increased by 18.5% and the amount of time on the market has decreased by 11.3%. Real Estate in Newton is doing well for single-family homes! Less homes are being listed this January compared to 2014, with a decrease of 11.4%. Looks like Newton Real Estate Professionals are doing a great job of finding consumers long time homes.

Condominium properties in Newton are a different story. There's been a large decrease in closed sales of condos in Newton by 53.6%, though the prices have gone up by 13.5%. New listings of condos in Newton have also decreased by 29.6%.
