James Lowenstern Ranked in Top 5 for Massachusetts-Based Real Estate Agents

Our very own Jim Lowenstern was ranked in January's top 5 real estate agents in the Boston suburbs.

Working as the CEO of Castles Unlimited, Inc for over 28 years,  Jim specializes in luxury property in Boston and the surrounding areas.  To sell beautiful Newton real estate,  Jim is constantly looking to find, list, and sell houses in the most creative, and quickest ways possible.

According to client George Bradford, "Jim listed and sold my house in a very difficult market. His creative marketing approach and negotiating skills once we attracted the broker were top notch. I would highly recommend him as a broker to anyone."

Another client, Zhanna V., said, "I know James as a highly professional real estate agent. He takes the requests of his clients very seriously and makes all of them come true. He helped my daughter rent her condo. He was also incredibly helpful in my search for a condo when I was looking to buy. He has a deep knowledge of real estate and works hard to help clients find what they are looking for. I was very pleased with his efforts and felt comfortable working with him."

Jim, along with being a successful real estate agent, has also hosted a radio show "The Jim Lowenstern Show", that that discussed his insights on what's happening in the real estate industry as well as his interviews of leading real estate professionals nationally.   Currently Jim is the host of a television show "New England Prosperity" that focuses on businesses, charitable organizations and real estate in the Boston area.  He also is owner of and the publisher of Castles Magazine, one of the most recognized databases online and magazines that cater to the sale of luxury residential properties worldwide.

With Newton ranked number 5 as the safest suburb in America (according to research done by Movoto) it is the perfect place for anyone looking to buy a home. And Jim is the perfect broker to help you find that home or help you sell your existing home or investment property!
