Many years ago a competitor of our team boasted about 100% commission splits. Obvioulsy that's not possible but I went even further as a joke with 100% PLUS. Years later after studying all the competitors in the industry and with a little "outside the box" thinking I came up with a way to pay agents more than their commissions.
