eXp World Holdings, the holding company for eXp Realty recently announced the pending acquisition of Zoocasa Realty Inc and its key property, zoocasa.com. They are doing this to bolster eXp's online lead generation, home search and listing portal opportunities for their agents and brokers. The transaction is expected to close in July 2022.
