Shaq's Unique Florida Compound has a New Asking Price of $19.5M

EDIT on 12/10/20: Shaq has since improved the price, lowering it from $28M to $16,500,000.

Shaquille O’Neal just lowered the asking price of his Central Florida home to $19.5M. The Florida compound was first listed in 2018 for $28M until the property was offered with a different asking price of $21.9M a year later.

The 31,000 sq-ft waterfront is set on a 3.94-acres and is located in Windermere, FL, and features a dock along with 700 feet of frontage on Lake Bulter.

The interior showcases white and tan rooms, coffered ceilings, a marble fireplace stone, and hardwood floors. Home amenities include a great room, three fireplaces, a lakefront office, a home theater with stadium seats, a lounge with a bar, a wine storage, a massive basketball court, a chef's kitchen, a large master suite, 12 bedrooms, eleven a half bathrooms and a 17 car garage.

The outdoors are unbelievable, including a 95 ft pool with a rock waterfall, a kitchen area, a cabana and a private dock with boat slips.

The gated home was built in 1990 and has private surveillance 24/7, which makes it one of the most desired properties in the area.
