Mortgage Rates Fall... Again

Just incase you thought mortgage rates couldn't go any lower, the Federal Exchange is here to prove you wrong once again.

According to data released by Freddie Mac, rates for a 30 year fixed dropped to 2.78%, that's the 12th time this year.

Amid electoral uncertainty, many economic indicators are showing to be very positive including overall stock market prices, and now lowered mortgage rates as well. These are unprecedented times, and in the last few months, lowered interest rates have been just one factor in an already booming housing market.
