Julian is passionate about “matchmaking” the right home for each of her clients. Growing up in a few different countries, she experienced the importance of each home that contributed to her upbringings. She covers South Shore and metro Boston and specializes in selling, buying, and helping relocated clients find the suitable rental properties. She is always quick at responding to calls, works efficiently, and gets things done right away. Her approaches are genuine, honest, and she pours exceptional levels of care onto each client. She just truly enjoys being a realtor because the best part of it is “to meet people from various backgrounds and cultures every day” and “making them happy when you match them with their dream home”.

Her 15+ years of marketing/design experience prior to becoming a realtor gives her an edge in marketing her client’s property in a digital world. Her keen eyes for design and exceptional organizational skill also help stage properties so attractively, drawing in more buyers.

She is fluent in English, Japanese, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin. During her free time she enjoys hiking and foraging in the woods, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family, friends, and her pets in a plant-filled house. She is also an active member of Boston Mycological Club and JBBB (Japanese Business Bureau of Boston) and contributes to managing both non-profits’ websites. She often volunteers at a local organic farm which supports autism.
