Janis Tsang

Janis was born and raised in Hong Kong and has been living in the Newton/Lexington areas since 1980. She graduated with honor from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Janis was born and raised in Hong Kong and has been living in the Newton/Lexington areas since 1980. She graduated with honor from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She had taken graduate marketing and business management classes from Bentley University. She served in the United States Army Reserves as a medical laboratory technician for over ten years. She worked in civil services for over 35 years and recently retired from her engineering project manager position. She is also a practicing registered professional engineer. Prior to civil services, she worked for major corporations including Dow Chemical, USA and General Foods International. She has experience in handling numerous high dollar construction projects and negotiating high dollar contracts. Family, fidelity, loyalty and honesty are very important to her. She graduated from Newton High School. She has families in Boston, Brookline, Bedford, Newton, Natick, Needham, Sudbury, Wellesley and Weston areas. Janis understands that a real property is the biggest asset one generally has. Buying and selling a property is one of the most important and difficult decisions in life. She understands that at times, buyers and/or sellers can be so emotionally involved in the process that it becomes tough to think logically or clearly. She feels that it is her responsibility to help her customers identify their priorities and resources limitation and gather and provide them with pertinent information so that they can make an informed buying or selling decision. Janis is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Massachusetts Association of Realtors. She is attentive to details and will provide excellent services and do her best to ensure that your buying or selling processes will go seamlessly. Janis values education and is very knowledgeable about the US education system and college application processes. Janis is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and understands basic Spanish.
