This fall, she went a bit further and put the 3,184 sq. ft. condo up for sale. She listed the unit at $10.5 million; the ask represents a $1.5 million premium over her purchase price five years ago.
Like other units in the building, Lawrence’s corner of 443 Greenwich finds ornament in period details like reclaimed or original posts and beams and iron hardware; brown-scale tones, and an earthy contemporary rusticity tinged with Eastern and Scandinavian minimalism. Original windows link the building’s history with its new identity, while the underground garage and central courtyard — which features ecologically relevant landscaping, of course — are pest-proof; that is, paparazzi-stymieing.

In 2020, Lawrence picked up another remarkable Manhattan residence: a duplex townhouse. The property closed at $21.9 million.
