Maurice Louis is originally from Haiti. A father of three, Maurice started teaching in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts nearly a decade and a half ago. He has taught Classical Latin, French, and Francophone Culture in Franklin, Stoughton, and Needham. His students ranged from elementary to middle and high schoolers. 

Maurice got his bachelor's degree in management and went on to secure two master's degrees after that; a Master's in Art of Teaching (MAT) from UMass-Dartmouth, and one in education with a specialization in Organizational Management (OM) from Endicott College. 

 

Maurice is a Ph.D. candidate at Salve Regina University, where he is studying the influence of technology on humanity. His inquiry focuses on the Haitian Revolution: “Toussaint Louverture: How Human Ingenuity Won Over the Invincibility of Napoleon Bonaparte."

 

Maurice is also a professional Realtor who enjoys meeting and assisting clients, buyers, and sellers with their home buying process. In his free time, Maurice enjoys reading, listening to the news, and surfing the web. He loves autumn and is passionate about landscaping.
